Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984 in New York City. The actress was always fascinated by being an actress. When she studied at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for her professional future. After graduating, Noureen began to apply for various roles. In 2005, she got her first role as a key character in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across the globe. Furthermore it won an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards. The film paved the path to Noureen DeWulf's subsequent successes.
