Noureen Dwulf was born on the 28th of February 1984, in New York City. She was always a huge degree of curiosity about being a professional actor. When she was enrolled at Boston University School of the Arts, she began building the foundations to pursue her dream career. Her career started after she graduated. Her first auditions were for roles in various films. In 2005 she got an important role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened at other festival screenings around the world following its debut at Sundance Film Festival 2005. It also won the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Oscars and helped Noureen's career.
